Birthday reward. Clients with a birthday on file receive a one-time service credit during their birthday month — $5 for non-members and $40 for active Brow Club members. The credit is added automatically to the client's account, is limited to one per calendar year per client, and is valid through the end of the client's birthday month; any unused balance is forfeited at month-end. Because it is a service credit rather than a percentage discount, it may be applied toward any service (there are no per-service exclusions), but it is never applied to a booking deposit.
Birthday on file. The reward uses the birthday on record at the time of service; no retroactive credit is issued. Clients may change their own birthday at most once per calendar year; a Minoo Brow Bar staff member can correct a client's birthday at any time upon request. For full details, see our Terms of Use.
Brow Club membership. $39.99/month, billed monthly, auto-renewing. Members receive a $25 service credit each cycle, 10% off all services (no exclusions) on regular visits, early access to seasonal slots, waitlist priority, and the upgraded $40 birthday credit (vs $5 for non-members). 3-month minimum commitment. You can cancel at any time, but cancelling before the 3-month commitment is fulfilled triggers an early termination fee equal to $39.99 × the remaining commitment months, charged to your card on file. After the 3 months are paid, cancel anytime with no fee — perks continue through the end of your current billing cycle. The monthly $25 credit applies to services only (never to deposits), may be used across up to two visits that month, and expires at the end of the calendar month it was issued — unused credit does not roll over.
One discount per service — no combining. Only one discount may be applied to any single service; discounts never stack or combine. If more than one discount could apply, only one is used and the other is forfeited for that visit. The Brow Club 10% member discount applies to all services on regular visits, with no exclusions. Account credits (the monthly Brow Club credit and the birthday credit) are not discounts — they are applied separately to your remaining service balance and may be combined with each other. No reward, credit, or discount is ever applied to booking deposits, tips, taxes, or gift-card purchases.
Other limits. Credits and discounts are non-transferable and have no cash value. We reserve the right to refuse or revoke rewards in cases of suspected abuse.

What we send: Appointment reminders and confirmations, account notifications (such as verification codes), and occasional promotional or holiday messages.
How to opt in: Visit our text sign-up page at minoobrowbarkc.com/sms-optin, enter your mobile number, and check the consent box. You can also provide your number in person and give verbal consent during intake, or text START or SUBSCRIBE to (913) 361-5965.
Message frequency: Up to 10 messages per month, varies based on your appointments.
Costs: Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge you for the messages themselves; standard rates from your wireless carrier apply.
How to opt out: Reply STOP at any time. You may also reply UNSUBSCRIBE, QUIT, CANCEL, or END. You'll receive a single confirmation that you've been unsubscribed.

We do not share SMS opt-in consent or phone numbers with third parties or affiliates for marketing. Phone numbers collected for SMS are used solely for the SMS messaging program described above.
Cookies and tracking. We do not use cookies or any other technology to track you across other companies' apps or websites, and we do not use third-party advertising or analytics trackers. We do not share your data with data brokers, and we do not link your data with any third-party data for advertising or marketing. Any cookies or local storage we use are first-party and strictly necessary to keep you signed in and to operate core features such as booking and payments.
Who we share with. Only with service providers required to operate the salon:
Data retention. We retain client records for the duration of the client relationship and for up to 7 years after the last appointment for accounting and tax purposes. You may request deletion at any time by emailing hello@minoobrowbarkc.com, subject to applicable record-keeping laws.
