Yes — cancel anytime from the client app. There's a 3-month minimum commitment when you join. If you cancel within the first 3 months, an early termination fee equal to the remaining months of the commitment ($39.99 × remaining months) is charged to your card on file. After 3 months, cancel anytime with no fee — your perks continue through your current billing cycle.
Yes. The birthday reward is a service credit ($40 for members, $5 for non-members) — not a discount — so it applies to your remaining balance right alongside the 10% member discount. The one rule: discounts don't combine — only one discount is applied per service, never two at once.
No. Because it's a service credit rather than a percentage discount, your birthday credit can be used toward any service — there are no exclusions. (It applies to services only, not to booking deposits.)
